Federal Judge Rejects Dismissal Bids

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010) -- The federal judge overseeing multidistrict antitrust litigation over municipal derivatives has rejected dismissal bids from numerous defendants including Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Wells Fargo & Co. Inc. and Citibank NA, while throwing out claims against others including AIG Financial Products Corp.
